We endeavour to dispatch all in-stock orders within 1 - 2 working days but during busy periods this may increase to 3 working days, depending on volumes and staffing. All express shipments will be dispatched as a priority.

Orders placed on a Friday, over the weekend and Bank Holidays will be processed in the next 2 working days. We do not dispatch the same day so please allow 1 - 2 days for your order to be sent. If you require your order urgently, please call us on +44(0)1746 710 777 before placing your order.

We ship worldwide using UPS and DHL. All shipping rates are calculated at checkout and are charged depending on weight and package dimensions.

Retail / B2C International Orders
All retail orders shipped outside of the UK will be subject to duties and taxes. Trade / B2B International Orders
International trade and B2B orders are shipped on a DAP/DDU basis, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
This means that import duties, taxes, VAT, customs clearance charges and any local handling fees are not collected at checkout and remain the responsibility of the customer/importer when the goods arrive in the destination country.
Where applicable, we will include the company details, VAT number and customs information provided at checkout to help support the import process. Please ensure these details are entered correctly before placing your order.
DAP/DDU shipments may be subject to local customs processing times, which are outside of our control.

We love your brass hooks. We have just renovated and reused some of the same hooks that we bought 3 years ago from you but adding some new ones as we had more space. The hook on the left of the photo is an older one which has some signs of developing a slight patina. The older ones also have a richer colour now. Subtle but useful to show those who wonder how they look after three years. We shall buy more for the rest of the house as and when we need them.
Very nice hooks. They are paler than in the photo. We have brushed gold taps and shower, they match perfectly.

Hooks are of good quality but two of them only came with 3 screws instead of 4.

I love the look and quality of the actual the hook. I took one star away because the nails weren’t as durable. One of them broke and two of them chipped as we were trying to screw in. Other than that, they’re beautiful and it’s exact look I was going for!

I was refurbishing an ensuite bathroom. I bought these to tone in with the new brushed bronze finish of the door handle and shower cabinet. They match really well, and are of the size I needed.
