Returns

Please download, print, and include our returns form inside your parcel - CLICK TO DOWNLOAD

  • Please send all returns to: Yester Home Ltd, Unit 4, Meadleys Farm, Pattingham, WV6 7HE
  • You may return your items within 30 days from the date your order arrives.
  • Returns made after 30 days may still be accepted, but you will receive a shop credit instead of a refund.
  • You can book your return using the Evri portal here or alternatively, you can arrange your own return via a courier of your choice. 
  • Made-to-order items are non-refundable and non-returnable unless damaged or incorrect. 
  • Once your return has been checked and processed, your refund will be issued.
  • We do not offer free returns unless your item is incorrect, damaged or faulty.

Important:
– Ensure items are securely packaged and boxed to avoid damage during transit.
– All original fixings and components must be included. Missing screws will be charged at £0.30 each. 
– Refunds will only be issued for items in unused, undamaged and resaleable condition.

Order Issues

  • Any problems with your order — including missing or damaged items — must be reported within 30 days of delivery.
  • Please check your items upon arrival. 
  • After this window, we are unable to offer replacements or refunds.

International Returns

  • If you are returning an item from outside the UK, please contact us first at enquiries@yesterhome.co.uk
  • Returns that incur customs duties or taxes on arrival with us will be deducted from your refund, so please email us before returning to avoid these charges. 

Exchanges

  • If you’d like to exchange an item, please return it following the instructions above.
  • A refund will be issued once your item is received and processed.
  • You can then place a new order for the alternative product.
