RETURNS

If your item is unwanted, damaged or the wrong size we will happily refund or exchange within 30 days.
Please include a copy of your original invoice in your package with a note stating the reason(s) for your return. 

 

PACKING YOUR RETURN

Please ensure goods are packaged properly as damaged items will not be refunded in full.

As many of our items are powder coated they are susceptible to being chipped easily if not packaged thoroughly.

Brass and Bronze will scratch easily so please avoid damage by packaging each item thoroughly and separately. 

Please ensure all fixings are also returned as we will charge £0.30 per fixing we do not receive which will be deducted from your refund. 


SENDING YOUR RETURN

We do not pay for returns unless the item(s) is damaged or incorrect. 

If you have received an incorrect or damaged item please contact us via our contact page. If you can attach some photos showing the damage this would be appreciated. We will then send you a Royal Mail Tracked 48 return label, you can drop this at your local post office or have it collected from your home using this link for a small fee - https://send.royalmail.com/collect/youritems

If you wish to return your item for another reason, eg. 'the item is not suitable' then please arrange postage yourself.

Royal Mail is ideal for most items up to 2KG however items over this weight are advised to be sent via a courier.
