Do promotional/discount codes include sale items?

Sale items are not included unless specified

How long do I have to amend or cancel an order?

Orders can only be amended or cancelled within 1 hour of purchase. Please contact us at enquiries@yesterhome.co.uk and we will be happy to assist you.

What do I do if I haven't received my order?

How do I make sure I order the right size?

Sizing is detailed in the product description for each item on our website, for items like brackets and kitchen handles please make sure the item is correct before ordering.

How do I use my bluelight discount?

It doesn't appear on the blue light website, but if you email enquiries@yesterhome.co.uk with proof (i.e screenshot of your card) we can provide a discount code

Returns

What is your return policy?

If your item is unwanted, damaged or the wrong size we will happily refund within 30 days (of order arrival date) providing the item(s) have not been used or installed in any way. If the item is unreturnable there will be a notice on the product page. Please include a copy of your original invoice in your package with a note stating the reason(s) for your return.

What should I do next if items arrive damaged or they are incorrect?

Any order issues including damaged or missing items need to be reported within 30 days from arrival, via enquiries@yesterhome.co.uk with images/evidence of the damage in order for us to replace or refund. Please inspect all items on arrival to ensure everything is undamaged and correct. Any issues outside of the 30 day window will not be refunded or replaced.
