We endeavour to dispatch all in-stock orders within 1 - 2 working days but during busy periods this may increase to 3 working days, depending on volumes and staffing. All express shipments will be dispatched as a priority.

International trade and B2B orders are shipped on a DAP/DDU basis, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
This means that import duties, taxes, VAT, customs clearance charges and any local handling fees are not collected at checkout and remain the responsibility of the customer/importer when the goods arrive in the destination country.

Brilliant brackets! Authentic Victorian, perfect for shelves in my Victorian House.
Brackets really good. Happy with the way they were packaged, with white tissue paper etc. Allowed to order an uneven number which is great. Website could be improved for user friendliness! Shelf and brackets look great.
