International trade and B2B orders are shipped on a DAP/DDU basis, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
This means that import duties, taxes, VAT, customs clearance charges and any local handling fees are not collected at checkout and remain the responsibility of the customer/importer when the goods arrive in the destination country.
Where applicable, we will include the company details, VAT number and customs information provided at checkout to help support the import process. Please ensure these details are entered correctly before placing your order.

Looks great, striking, clean, with smooth style. Could be rustic or modern. Sturdy, easy to install. Supplied with very long screws, which we didn’t use as they would go into appliances in the island. Very pleased.
Just finished our little kitchen refurb and the Aged Brass towel rail fits in perfectly with the gorgeous cabinet handles and drawer pulls purchased from Yester home too! Couldn’t be happier will definitely use again, highly recommended 😍

Great product, but the buying experience wasn’t very good. The Bars were initially delivered without the brackets and screws. I phoned customer service and these bits were then sent out separately and promptly, but when they arrived, one of the 4 brackets was missing the screws. Feels like more attention needs to be paid to checking orders for completeness before they are dispatched. A shame, as everything else was good.
The bar itself is great, and beautiful but the screws provided are useless; I'll have to purchase ones that are a decent match. Better screws should be provided for items that are meant to hold/hang things.
