We endeavour to dispatch all in-stock orders within 1 - 2 working days but during busy periods this may increase to 3 working days, depending on volumes and staffing. All express shipments will be dispatched as a priority.

Orders placed on a Friday, over the weekend and Bank Holidays will be processed in the next 2 working days. We do not dispatch the same day so please allow 1 - 2 days for your order to be sent. If you require your order urgently, please call us on +44(0)1746 710 777 before placing your order.
*FREE SHIPPING is via an Evri 48hr Tracked service. If you require your order urgently, you must select Express Delivery at checkout, regardless of whether you qualify for free delivery.

We ship worldwide using UPS and DHL. All shipping rates are calculated at checkout and are charged depending on weight and package dimensions.
DUTIES & TAXES
Retail / B2C International Orders
All retail orders shipped outside of the UK will be subject to duties and taxes. These charges are calculated and applied at checkout, so you’ll see the full cost of your order upfront with no hidden fees upon delivery. This ensures a smoother shipping process and helps avoid unexpected costs when your package arrives in your country.
Trade / B2B International Orders
International trade and B2B orders are shipped on a DAP/DDU basis, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
This means that import duties, taxes, VAT, customs clearance charges and any local handling fees are not collected at checkout and remain the responsibility of the customer/importer when the goods arrive in the destination country.
Where applicable, we will include the company details, VAT number and customs information provided at checkout to help support the import process. Please ensure these details are entered correctly before placing your order.
DAP/DDU shipments may be subject to local customs processing times, which are outside of our control.

Originally ought handles from elsewhere but returned them all as they were light weight and too bright. Bought these as a hopeful replacement and they are fabulous. Authentic brass colour and pleasingly heavy. Really finished off the new kitchen installation. Would definitely recommend.
