International trade and B2B orders are shipped on a DAP/DDU basis, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
This means that import duties, taxes, VAT, customs clearance charges and any local handling fees are not collected at checkout and remain the responsibility of the customer/importer when the goods arrive in the destination country.
Where applicable, we will include the company details, VAT number and customs information provided at checkout to help support the import process. Please ensure these details are entered correctly before placing your order.

Just what I was looking for for my kitchen shelves - the pop of brass just makes it!! 👍 a little expensive but quality and will last and look fantastic for years so worth the cost thinking about it 🤔.

The quality of these brackets is superb but they are not cheap. Appropriate screws with brackets covering many different situations you might have to mount them in. Look brilliant!

Ordering the brackets was very easy and the delivery was excellent considering the postage was free. The quality was first class and they look very stylish, so overall I am very pleased with my purchase. The brackets were not used for shelving, but used to support shaped timber beams making a balustrade and handrail at the top of our stairs. I was really pleased with the finished job, the brass brackets have added a touch of class. Everything from ordering, delivery, quality, price and customer service, was excellent. Very poor delivery performance - reported as 5 attempts by DPD ,but falsely reported as ‘no answer’. When driver eventually challenged - lack of language and understanding- obvious. This was mitigated by outstanding attention and persistence by your Office staff particularly “Kayleigh “.
