We are open as normal for telephone orders, internet orders and Customer Service queries.

Deliveries: All orders are being shipped as normal but we are aware of a reduction in service from our delivery partners due to staffing levels being affected. Deliveries will be completed to the best of their ability, however in the current situation you should allow additional delivery days in case your parcel is delayed or arrives part delivered as we cannot currently guarantee exact timeframes. Royal Mail deliveries can take much longer due to delays. If you need your order urgently please select DHL at the checkout. 

International Deliveries: We are working with our airline and postal/courier partners across the globe to maintain services. However, delays should be expected. Many countries have implemented special measure to combat the spread of COVID-19, especially for signature services to maintain social distancing. 

The situation is changing daily. Most major export routes remain open, and we continue to accept and process mail, although customers may experience varying levels of delay.

  • Royal Mail International Tracked are currently delayed up to 28 days in some instances. 
  • DHL Express is still a 1-2 working day service depending on the destination.
  • If your order is urgent we recommend that you select DHL delivery option at the checkout.  This is much quicker and can also be tracked.
  • NOTE: If you have any questions regarding delivery costs or if you require an express service please contact us via our contact page

Please note: as all orders are shipped in good faith on the services used and delivery times are beyond our control during this difficult time, we will not be refunding any delivery charges for "late" deliveries (not delivered next day) we are sure you will understand the situation.

In order to keep you updated with your order, please ensure we have the correct contact number and email address when placing an order so you can be updated.

Our Staff: All of our staff are taking temperature checks on arrival. Social distancing and wearing masks / visors is mandatory to keep risk to a minimum. We are limiting touches as much as possible to minimise the risk of bacteria spread and have placed hand sanitisation around every packing station.
